2. Services

One Punch Video is a video production and creative agency offering the following services:

• Video editing and post-production
• Motion design and animation
• 3D animation and modeling
• Video filming and production
• Copywriting and scriptwriting
• Social media management and content creation

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon on a per-project basis and documented in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of your project
• Deliver required materials (footage, assets, brand guidelines) in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and approvals within agreed-upon timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of our services

4. Intellectual Property

Our Work

Unless otherwise agreed in a project agreement, upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final delivered work for the purposes specified in the project agreement. One Punch Video retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Pre-Existing Materials

Each party retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property. Any tools, templates, or techniques developed by One Punch Video prior to or independently of a project remain our property.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted by a written agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are defined in individual project agreements or invoices
• Late payments may result in project suspension until outstanding balances are settled
• Deposits, when required, are non-refundable and represent commitment to the project
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges

6. Revisions and Approvals

The number of included revision rounds will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final deliverables are considered approved if no feedback is received within 14 business days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Punch Video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement
• One Punch Video will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable province.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
