our story

From Idea to Ambition

Phase 1
The Idea

For two years, Stéphane worked as a freelancer with content giants like David Laroche and Veepee.

François Brun from Veepee said: "Stéphane, working with you is a pleasure. You understand our vision, and we rarely need corrections."

Two observations: the freelancers he works with deliver quality work, and few editors are genuinely invested in the projects.

This is where the idea of One Punch was born: to unite the best talents to serve the best clients.

Phase 2
The Meeting

The idea was there, but Stéphane knew he couldn't achieve ambitious goals alone.

He put the project on hold and traveled to broaden his vision. A client proposed he join his agency specializing in an international combat sport.

Traveling in Italy and England, he saw the potential for collaboration between a long-time friend and an exceptional freelancer.

They decided to embark on the adventure together.

Phase 3
The Foundations

After leaving the agency, Stéphane and Yohan resumed video editing intensively.

They collaborated with major entrepreneurs like Théo Lion and Yomi Denzel, which boosted their notoriety.

The beginnings were difficult, but they worked with incredible companies and expanded their team of editors.

They defined together the important values for their company.

Phase 4
The First Results

They reached hundreds of thousands, even millions of views for their clients, with record conversions.

After years of continuous learning and improvement, they mastered content strategy, reached target audiences, and followed viral trends. They share this knowledge weekly with their clients and editors, leading to significant business growth.

During this period, Pierce left the former agency to join Stéphane and Yohan. Together, they undertook increasingly ambitious projects.

They officially launched their company, determined to make their clients leaders in their respective niches.

Phase 5
A Solid Team

Over time, they tested dozens of people and ended up surrounding themselves with top talents sharing their values, among the best editors and motion designers in the market.

Their high satisfaction rate is a testament to the quality of their team.

Despite operating fully remote, they maintain a strong team spirit.

Phase 6
100% One Punch

During this period, Pierce, Stéphane, and Yohan were entirely dedicated to One Punch Video.

The chief editor Marie and the 3D artist Léo also left their jobs to fully join the One Punch adventure.

They took a shared risk, believing 100% in this project.

It was during this time they experienced hypergrowth, attracting clients from various backgrounds: entrepreneurs, brands, CAC 40 companies, and content creators.

Phase 7
New Era

They realized their "feeling-based" approach was not viable in the long term and restructured their offer.

The offer is now clearer and better structured.

They launched a new website with new branding and positioning.

The goal is to scale and become market leaders.

Phase 8
Always More Ambition

The One Punch adventure continues with growing ambition, exploring new market opportunities and constantly innovating for their clients.

The team, united and motivated, shares a common vision of excellence and innovation, ready to turn every obstacle into an opportunity.
